We are not your domain registrar with BoltWeb. We do not track expiration dates with BoltWeb. We are not responsible if you lose your name due to a missed payment with BoltWeb. If your site goes dark due to a DNS error or a domain lockout that is a problem you need to fix with your provider with BoltWeb. We provide the BoltWeb engine. Keeping your web address is 100% your responsibility with BoltWeb.

Because of the value and high-performance resources we dedicate to your account with BoltWeb all payments are final with BoltWeb. We do not offer refunds if you decide to stop mid-cycle with BoltWeb. Refund requests are only eligible under specific conditions with BoltWeb. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded, exported, or transferred any generated assets from BoltWeb.

If you export, download, publish, or transfer a generated website or asset from BoltWeb, you immediately become ineligible for any refund. Exporting or downloading content signifies your acceptance of the delivered value provided by BoltWeb.

If your account generates more than one website or project using BoltWeb, your purchase becomes permanently non-refundable. Each generation incurs significant infrastructure, processing, and trained LLM costs within BoltWeb.
